On Garmin Connect app my intense minutes are not recording.

I'm a new Garmin owner of a VivoActive 3 smartwatch. The first week my Intense Minutes were recorded. This week they are no longer recording. I can't find where the Intense Minutes were originally set up so I don't know if I have set something wrong. Please advise me on things to check (and how to check them). Remember I'm a newbie with this VA3.

  • You can check in 'change my day'  which activities you are displaying and their sequence. You might have disabled it and there you can add it again. 'Change my day'is displayed at the bottom of the activity list in Connect.
