Garmin vivoactive 3 just showing garmin logo.

Hello,

My vivoactive 3 watch died so I plugged it in. It came on and showed the garmin logo, which it normally does. One problem though, now it just displays the garmin logo, and I can't use the watch. No matter what I do, click the side button, use the scroll bar on the side, tap the screen, it keeps showing the garmin logo, and has been doing this for over a day now. I can't sync the watch on the phone either, it gives some error message. Any help?

Thanks for the response. I found out that the solution to this problem is to hold down the power button, not for 10 seconds, but for about 1 minute to force restart the watch.

Connect your watch to a computer with the Garmin USB cable.
Power off the watch by holding the power button for a full minute.
