Why does my vivoactive 3 display a pace screen, occasionally with green triangle, unexpectedly when I'm not doing any activity?

My vivoactive 3 has started to display a pace screen while I'm not doing anything of note. When I'm out walking around or moving, it seems more frequent but it also occasionally shows up while I'm just sitting. I don't have any activity being tracked at the same time.

Thanks. Turning off Move IQ seems to have stopped that. It's odd that it just started happening though after months of no issues there. I kind of like the Move IQ auto activity start or the predicted activities in my timeline but not in exchange for constant pace reminders.
