GPS tracking not working.

My Vivoactive 3 has not tracked my route properly twice in the past week. I ran and the GPS map is all over the place. The weather was overcast the first time, so I thought it was a fluke. Today was a clear day in a normal residential neighborhood, but the map is wrong and the distance is completely wrong, and of course my times are extremely wrong.

  • Please try the steps below:

    • Plug the watch into a computer
    • Open the device hard drive
      • Windows: 
        • Open File Explorer
        • Click on This PC
        • Click on the Vivoactive 3
      • Mac
        • Open Finder
        • Go to Computer
        • Click on the Garmin Drive
    • Once in click on the Garmin Folder
    • In the Garmin Folder delete the RemoteSW folder.
    • Sync with Garmin Express
