Irritation from Garmin Vivoactiv 3

Hi there,

Has anyone found a garmin band for the Vivoactiv 3,that doesn’t cause a skin irritation. I have followed m the advice for caring for the band and how to wear it but I’m really struggling as it seems the irritation just get worse each time it comes back. Is there a specific band that is a bit better with regards to sensitivity?

Really disappointed with this as these watches aren’t cheap.

There are multiple threads on this subject.

Contact Garmin Support. They would want to know about it. They are also likely to send you a replacement band. That's what they did in my case.

You should discontinue wearing your watch until your skin has healed.
