White face and red triangle after reset

My Vivoactive 3 was unresponsive, so reset as per recommendation (push button for 15 sec to turn off, hold 1 sec to reset). However the watch face is now white with a red skeleton image of the triangle. Also unresponsive. Resetting again has the same outcome. Any other suggestions? I link with a PC not Mac.

Hello! Can you post a picture of the screen please? It sounds as though you will need to look into a warranty option. Have you tried plugging into the PC and holding the power button for 45 seconds?
