Hi everyone. I have noticed that my Vivoactive 3S stopped logging steps and intensity minutes on my watch, and stopped showing these plus the heart rate timeline and stress tile in my Garmin Connect app on 1 July and every day since. Possibly also other features like floors and updates to the VO2 Max, as these have not logged anything since that time, but I'm also not walking or running long distances / walking up stairs at the moment.
The resting and max heart rate for each day just appear as "--" each day on the Connect app.
A few things I have tried already:
(1) updating my watch, Garmin Connect and Garmin Express apps (these were up-to-date);
(2) rebooted my watch;
(3) removed my watch from the Garmin Connect and Garmin Express apps, and then adding them back and rebooting;
(4) checking the Activity Settings option is enabled;
(5) force synced from my watch and the Garmin Connect and Garmin Express apps numerous times; and
(6) uninstalled the Garmin Connect app, restarted my phone and reinstalled, then removed and readded my watch.
Is anyone else having this issue or any idea how to fix it? Without these features my Garmin is really just a pricey digital watch, so I'd like to get the features back as soon as possible!
