VA3 Battery Issue, What the heck is going on Garmin?

It's been a long time since Garmin has not issued a statement or a patch to fix this problem, Why?. I turned off my phone after a full charge, turn on next day down to 55%! How is that possible, being off and draining? Garmin have really screwed up a watch. So the question is, Will they fix a broken watch patch?

If there is a problem with your phone's battery you should contact the phone vendor.

Thank you for replying but if I send to the vendor, won't they give me the same firmware model? Garmin have bricked a watch, not a phone but a watch! And still waiting for a fix unless they can't be bothered and ditch the VA3.
