Endless problems after update

Have a VivoActive 3M. Up till 25 April EVERYTHING was fine.

Since then the sensors stopped working which meant no HR, Steps, Floors, Activity data was wrong ito elevation and distance. (e.g. a known 5km route displayed as 3.1 kms). ALso the battery will literally drain from 100% to 0% overnight.

My SW Versions now show:

SW: 6.00

GPS: 2.50

Wi-Fi 2.50

TSC: 2.00

ANT/BLE/BT 6.11

Sensor: 0.00

WHT: 0.00.00

Connect IQ 3.2.0

I have uninstalled all Garmin software, re-installed, removed the device, re-added the device, re-paired, reset, rebooted, deleted all data, .. umpteenth times. I even tried downloading a previous SW version via USB (as was suggested elsewhere), disconnected from all and install -  which also didn't work. I have contacted support via chat and was told to clean the watch with lukewarm water and reset. This didn't help. I now have a GPS running music watch that only tells the time. I dare not try use Garmin Pray or even load music.

I have trawled these forums endlessly over the past few days and one thing is clear: There is a problem with the last vivoactive 3 series update and Garmin is not responding.

My question is, can someone help me manually update only the Sensor and HR software? I suspect this is where the problem lies.
