I have a Vivoactive 3 music that I got for Christmas and I started using the Livetrack option for safety as I run alone and that seemed to work okay for a while. Then I noticed it wasn't working anymore and I started getting a notification 'data connection lost' on the same runs that I usually do. I set it to auto start and it didn't send any email to my recipients even though it showed on my watch that live tracking had started and so I turned the autostart back off and added myself as recipient to test it and left my phone at home. Once again during the run I got several notifications on my watch saying 'data connection lost' and when I got back I checked and I had received the initial email but when I clicked on the link there was no route to look at? None of my recipients could see my route either. I can see my runs are recorded on the Garmin Connect app fine, so that's working okay.
Any suggestions?
