Vivoactive 3 Heart Rate sensor not working.

From past 3 week heart rate sensor green lights not working at all.

Tried restarting several times.

Tried restore to defaults.

Still no green lights.

Hello! What software version is the wrist heart rate(WHR) on? Are you located in the US or Canada?

WHR version is 20.03.31

I am located in India.

Okay, can I have you try to toggle the WHR setting to "Off", then perform a hard reset. (Press and hold the button until the screen goes blank, ignore anything that pops up, let it sit off for a minute and then turn back on the device) Once back on, toggle the WHR setting to "On". If this still does not work, please let me know.
