Spotify Sync Fail - Again - I don't think they care once you've spent your money

For the third time in three months Spotify seems to have deleted all playlists (although they still appear I can't play them) so I once again uninstalled everything and tried to reinstall the Spotify App.  Garmin Connect App says says 'Queued' for a few seconds then resets again.   I've wasted 3 hours this evening trying to find a solution in these pages and manuals but failed.

I've used Garmin devices to navigate half way round the globe on a yacht, since buying this watch I wouldn't even trust a sat nav route to the local shop. £350 for a fitness tracker that plays music while you run, but it doesn't. It's great when it works, but it keeps failing. Any suggestions?

    Hello! Usually when Spotify playlists disappear from the watch it is because either the Premium subscription has expired, the number of offline devices on the account has been exceeded, or the watch has not synced over WiFi through the Spotify app within the last 15 days. Do you regularly "Update Downloads" in the Spotify app on the watch? If you are still unable to download Spotify on your watch, could I have you try to perform a hard reset on your device (Press and hold the button until the screen goes blank, ignoring anything that pops up, let the watch sit off for a full minute and then power back on) and then try to reinstall the app?
