How do I see the full distance when running

When out for a run I can only see once it hit each mile. Am I able to see a full counter on this or does it not work on this watch?

On my vivoactive 3 during a running activity it shows 4 data fields on the 1st page:

You can configure up to 3 pages and what is displayed on every page by long-pressing the screen during the activity.
