Charging problems

My Garmin Vivoactive 3 has been working flawlessely for 2 years now but today it won't charge.

When I plug it in it charges to 100% but the moment I unplug it; it powers down. I have plugged it into my laptop to update all the software but this has not helped.

Any ideas how I can get it to stay on after a charge up?

Hello! Just to verify, your laptop and Garmin Express were able to recognize the device? Would you be able to provide a short video clip of the watch shutting off after you disconnect? Also, can you let me know if you are located in the US or Canada?
