Cannot connect to GPS

GPS will not connect for the last week. Updated multiple times to garmin express. GPS version 2.5 in settings. Garmin connect on Samsung phone has full permission. Multiple hard resets. Left watch outside in full sky view for multiple hours with no luck connecting. Please help.

Hello! I am sorry to hear your device is not connecting to the GPS. Can you plug your device into the computer and sync with Garmin Express. Then unplug the watch and go to the settings on the watch itself, system then restore the device to defaults. Once it has booted back up try the GPS again, if it still does not lock on, please let me know!

After restoring the watch to defaults? Are you getting any errors or its still just staying on "waiting for GPS"
