Vivoactive 3. Sensor & WHR versions show 0.00 (refer picture)

I have factory reset it. Also upgraded to latest vesion but still failed. Anyone can assist. TQ

Hello! Did you update with Garmin Express on your computer? If not, can we make sure to do this first. Secondly, do the green heart rate lights on the back of the watch come on at all? Can you provide what SW version your watch is on?

Hi.. Isabella. Thanks for your quick responce. My Garmin Exp[ress have been updated. and the green heart rate light not lit at all. Details are as follows:

Garmin express version 7.3.0.0
SW version 7.40
GPS version 2.50
TSC version 2.10
Sensor version 0.00
WHR version 0.00.00
Connect IQ 3.1.9

Dear Isabella;

I have send my watch to the Garmin Malaysia service centre on 4 Feb 2021. They told me that the watch will ship to Taiwan for repaired. Thanks.

My advice, sent your watch to the Garmin Service Centre.
