Hello! Did you update with Garmin Express on your computer? If not, can we make sure to do this first. Secondly, do the green heart rate lights on the back of the watch come on at all? Can you provide what SW version your watch is on?

I have send my watch to the Garmin Malaysia service centre on 4 Feb 2021. They told me that the watch will ship to Taiwan for repaired. Thanks.
