I have had the Vivo active 3 for over a year and have never had any problems with playing Amazon music, however recently I have not been able to get any music onto the watch, I go to add my playlists and I get an error message of either "music sync failed" or "some contents was unable to be downloaded". It downloads the playlist folders but with no music in them??
It's connected to my WiFi and my phone through Garmin express, I have tried a factory reset / uninstalling the app, I have made sure i start an activity so that it has GPS when I'm syncing. I even tried to delete all the tracks in my playlist that were greyed out. I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.
Has anyone had this issue and how do I get it resolved? It's about annoying running with my phone.
