Importing Strava activity to Garmin Connect

My VA3 watch on its way to Garmin so is out of service for now. Can I sync strava activities recorded on my phone into Garmin Connect app. There's some running and walking badged I don't want to lose out on.

All the articles I've read seem to be going from connect to strava but not strava to connect.

Hello! You can try to export the Strava activity file and then upload it into Garmin Connect. The link below shows the instructions for manually uploading the file to Garmin Connect. However, in order to get any badges on Garmin Connect, they will need to be recorded with a Garmin watch.
