Hey Dirtkahuna Unfortunately, you can not add weight to the workouts for the extra weight carried. What type of activity are you doing while using the back pack?
I use the walking activity. V02 max is severely reduced do to the weight and extreme elevation changes. Do you recommend a different activity?
The cardio function does not affect the Vo2 Max. If you are carrying the back pack and are worried about vo2 I would recommend that profile instead.
I suppose I could use XC skiing if I want to record the GPS and elevation, but that's goofy. Do you have another recommendation?
For the vivoactive 3. You could download a CIQ app for trail running and that could work as it also does not take Vo2 max in account.
