Sleep tracking not even close

I hoped it might be a settings problem and could be fixed. Reading the posts it seems most people agree. Garmin’s sleep tracking is useless. I don’t even refer to it anymore which is a pity because that feature is important to me in terms of immunity system.  Am now using my old Fitbit Surge for sleep tracking and regret having returned a Fitbit Ionic to buy a Garmin because I prefer the look. Floors are also absurd. I regularly notch up 40 floors just walking around my yard. Really disappointed in the watch and also in Garmin for not even suggesting a solution.
