My streak is wrong

Not sure what happened but I am on day 226 and it for some reason in my watch it says day 10 when I hit my goal for 10,000 steps. 


here are the two pictures. Do I need to connect Garmin? I don’t know how to fix it, I restarted my watch 
I like that satisfied feeling of seeing my 200+ days! Hoping to get to 1 year!

  • Hi Emily! What does the App say today? Is that still counting correctly, just not the device? Are you using the default stats on the device or are you using a 3rd party app on the watch shown in the picture above?

  • The app is showing the correct day 228. Yes just not the device. I am just using the default stats on the watch. It’s a vivoactive 3. Only a little over a year old.

  • I did a software update (5.60) on my garmin venu a couple of days ago and it’s no longer showing my goal streak on my watch. The app is showing the correct 130 days but nothing coming up on my watch

  • I am having the same problem with my new Venu s2 watch. It is not showing the same/correct goal streak that is shown in G.C

  • hi, same here. Mine is correctly noted on Garmin Connect as 638 days, but just had it reset down to 7 days. This is actually the second time it has reset. Previously reset in November 2020 when I was traveling and thought I had missed the set qualification level between flights. Turns out it is a software problem on the device. Any way to force a correction to upload to the device? Should be a reasonably easy bit of code to produce. Much like My Fitness Pal that can allow you to submit a correction to days logged in, in a row.
