Ritmo y km no son reales

Mi garmin vivoactive 3 cuando salgo a correr no me marca los km reales ni el ritmo se carrera que llevo me marca casi el doble. En cambio el tiempo que llevo si que lo marca bien

My garmin vivoactive 3 when I go for a run does not mark the real km nor does the rhythm run that I wear mark me almost double. Instead the time I've been doing if you mark it well
