Cannot input correct distance on treadmill calibration (watch does not allow it)

As I'm trying to calibrate after a treadmill walk on Vivofit 3, the calibration does not allow for the correct distance. Ex. Treadmil: 2.50 Watch: cannot input more than 2.16. What can I do?

That's probably a bug or been decided by someone in Garmin that "you can't be faster than what your watch measured". But the other way works tho... If treadmill is 2.5km and watch is 2.77, it will allow you to enter 2.5km! Software anomaly!
