Hi all,

My Garmin vivoactive 3 music keeps crashing during running activities? I can’t then sync the activity at the end.

Does anyone have any solutions please

Are you using any IQ apps or watch faces? If so, you could try to disable them and see if the problem continues.

Hello! If you have any CIQ apps downloaded please remove them. Then can you do a soft reset on the device by holding the power button for 45 seconds ignoring power off. Then turn it back on. After another run is performed can you please let me know how the device did.
