When use Phone off V DND?

There is not much in the manual about the controls menu. My understanding of the phone on/off toggle is to stop notifications, so this is not of use if you have notifications turned off in settings. Correct me if I am wrong and there are other use cases?

When would you use the DND, do not disturb if you have notifications off?

    Hello! Do not disturb is there for you to quickly tap it while in a meeting or movie or simply going to bed. The do not disturb also silences any alerts for goals met. Turning off notifications does not turn off goals or vibrations from the day to day goals.
