Streak not showing

my Vivoactive 3 watch was not displaying my steps streak anymore . I'm currently at 150 days in a row of 10,000+ steps per day. I checked my Connect app and it still shows that my streak is 150 days but the watch isn't showing it - any idea why?

    I have the same issue with the same watch. Inside Connect app I can see that my current streak is 188 days but a week ago the watch stopped showing the correct result. It shows 7 days instead of 188.

    How could I fix that? What information should I provide for you?
