Sideswipe problem

Ive just bought my vivo active3 past few day..however,i cant use my sideswipe. Anybody know about the problem?

On the watch under Settings>System there is "Side Swipe" Is it on?

Unfortunately, there is no "side swipe" part in the system. Is it bcause of software version?
