The watch automatically restarts when connected to a laptop for charging. The issue doesn't persist when i charge through a Power bank... Any suggestions?

Its sad no one has replied. Any idea how do I contact official Garmin support?

Hello! I apologize you are experiencing this issue. Are you charging directly through the computer or using an additional USB to connect with the cable and computer? Can you try a soft reset on the device, cleaning the contacts with rubbing alcohol then try plugging directly into the computer again. 

Hello. I am charging through the computer with the Garmin provided USB charging cable. The device gets detected and then the watch restarts immediately. I repeat the same step using my Power Bank and the device charges without any issues. It happened 1 month before (on the day I made this original post) and then it happened today again... In between, I had no issue charging through my computer.

This is not normal behavior for the device. I am going to Direct message you and we can go from there.
