My long run will not upload onto my Garmin connect app

Hey, I have recently just completed my longest run and when I finished and opened my Garmin connect app my steps and intensity minutes etc uploaded but my actual run would not upload. Can anyone help me with this.

Did you remember to manually save it?

If so, connect your VA3 by USB to your computer and it should be in your Garmin/Activities folder on the watch. You can manually import the file for the activity from the list of activities page in web Connect.

I tried to upload it from my computer but when I did it said the file was not supported and it couldn’t upload it.

If it's a FIT file, it should work unless it somehow was corrupted. There are threads in the forum about repairing corrupted fit files.
