Missing sleep widget... was I dreaming? how do I get it back?

I only bought my Vivoactive 3 a week ago. I am pretty sure it used to have a sleep widget... all of a sudden (I guess after a SW update to 7.4) I no longer see it. It isn't in the inactive list either. Same for VO2 I think. Did I dream having those? Why did they disappear and how can I get them back? (Or roll back to previous SW)

That and the diminished battery life I read about... seems I shouldn't have accepted the SW 7.4 :-/

The VA3 never had a sleep widget.

I believe the newly released 745 will have a sleep widget. They had it initially but then it was suspended awaiting firmware refinement.
