Connect multiple devices to Garmin Vivoactive 3 at the same time

Hi community.

I know this subject has been covered many times. However, I don't really seem to get the answer I'm looking for.

I have 2 phones, one personal and one work.

I want to know if I can connect both phones to my vivoactive 3 at the same time so I can receive notifications and calls? I don't want to disconnect on in favour of the other as I use both.

Had anybody managed to do this, if so how?

I don't think it will work since it would need shared access to the file system and sharing that is probably not possible on the simple OS that a watch has. (Assuming it does a full connect since there is no way to connect on feature level in the BT connection).

No I didn't think so either, shame.
