I have now the second time this phenomena with my Vivoactive 3 music:
Fault description:
- Vivoactive 3 paird to BT headphones
- Music playing
- Start an activity (e.g. running)
- Headphones get disconnected
- Start music again (press play)
- BT headphones connect for 1-3 s and disconnect again
Expected behaviour:
- Music player via BT headphones should work in parallel with tracking an activity
Remarks:
- I had this issue a few weeks ago already. I found a thread here, where the solution was to do a factory reset. This helped
- I am on the newest software version (5.8). I am not sure, if the software update broke the functionality, since I don't know, when the SW update came
- Resetting every time to factory settings should not be the permanent fix for this issue
Is this issue known?
