Is it possible to turn off the Barometer?

Is it possible to turn off the Barometer as mine is not working properly even after multiple calibrations. Did a 3.9 mile jog and it showed elevation gain of over 22,000 feet. so straight up? In any case, does any know how to disable it all together?

I am also getting the same issues. You did not answer the question though, can you turn off the barometer permanently?

You probably need to clean the port hole of the barometer. I cleaned mine 3 times before it started sensing properly.

You can also try a hard reset by following these instructions. Then, attempt to do more GPS activities.

Hard Reset on vivoactive 3:

Press and hold the side button for 30+ seconds until the screen is completely blank
Leave off for a full minute
Press the side button again to power back on

I am also getting the same issues. You did not answer the question though, can you turn off the barometer permanently?
