step count keeps stopping

My Garmin is freezing on the step count whether I’m running in treadmill mode, on GPS outside or not on GPS. I am 2500 steps down so far today and am so infuriated! Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried rebooting your VA3?

Hi. Do you mean by powering the watch off? If so, then yes. Or is there another way to reboot it? Thank you for replying.
