Garmin Watch stuck on weird screen with a satellite and 3 dots leading to a little square with the garmin connect app in

I just reset my watch as the GPS wouldnt work and thought this may fix it. It is now stuck on this screen and I cant connect my phone to it at all. Ive tried everything and doesnt seem to work.

Did you remove the watch from Connect ? If you reset the watch but not reset connect it will try the ' old' bluetooth connection and fails.

Is there any way to fix this I feel like I have tried everything and can't get it to get off the screen or connect

I understood that removing the device from bluetooth helped. The phone sees the same device and tries to connect again, but the phone should forget the device and pair again.

Hello! Can you hold the power button for 45 seconds ignoring power off then turn it back on and attempt to pair please.

I've tried all of these suggestions and still nothing. My watch has been stuck for hours on a screen with a watch on the left, 3 dots in the middle and a Garmon symbol on the right. I've rebooted it several times today and no luck. Ive also disconnected it from my farming connect app and tried to reconnect. It sees the device, but cannot connect to it. Please help.

The problem is that the phone still remembers the identity of the watch in bluetooth, so you should remove the watch in bluetooth from the phone. On android you go to bluetooth, select the watch settings (press the little wheel symbol) and then the dust bin to remove it.
