I've had a Vivoactive 3 for months now and still can't work out how to accurately track reformer Pilates classes I attend. I have often selected the "Yoga" option to track, but don't know if it's accurate? Pilates on a reformer is a much more challenging session than yoga so I am skeptical.
All I really do is Pilates, walking and riding, so was hoping my watch could accurately capture my Pilates.
Any ideas? Or is the yoga feature accurate for reformer Pilates too? Or should I download a paid app?
