How to set alarm on my vivo3 Garmin smart

Can't seem to reset my alarm. It shows a round clock and can't input anything now .. help please.

Could be vivomove 3 or vivoactive 3. Assuming the latter, so I moved this thread to the vivoactive 3 forum.
