Cannot add new watch faces to vivoactive 3

When I try to add a watch face to my Vivoactive 3 it appears as IQ and a yellow exclamation mark. How do I fix this please.

Thanks guys, I have resolved the issue by resetting watch to factory default settings and then setting it up again.
