Heart rate monitor not working.

My heart rate monitor sunddently stopped working after charging it Friday night. It reads as 0 in activities and the screen is blank on the watch with a line crossed through the heart symbol. The green LED lights are not on in the back of the watch. What do I do?

Check settings-> system -> sensor & accessories -> heartbeat to see if it is on. If it is, do a hard reset (press the button until it switches off, then turn it on again). If still nothing you can consider…

Check settings-> system -> sensor & accessories -> heartbeat to see if it is on. If it is, do a hard reset (press the button until it switches off, then turn it on again). If still nothing you can consider a factory reset. If all fails, contact Garmin support.
