Vivioactive 3 elevation is disabled

My Vivioactive 3 has been showing 0 elevation for my running activities for the last week. How can I get elevation working again?

Try power-cycling the watch. Hold the key for 15 seconds until the device turns off. Hold the key for one second to turn on the device. Then sync with Garmin Express
