heart sensor stop working no green lights on the bottom after update sw 7.30

hallo,

heart sensor has stop working

i have make two tentative

1) hard reset and it not working

2) turn off heart sensor, hard reset, turn on heart sensor and it not working.

how i fix this? thanks!

Garmin provided me with a replacement VA3 when I began to experience rapid battery drain. The new unit stopped recording heart rate and steps about a week after I received it. I'll keep you posted if it is rectified - unless you have a solution? I tried all the above.

Hello! If you are experiencing the heart rate sensor no longer turning on even after the device has been full reset to defaults then unfortunately we would need to get this device exchanged for you. If this has not yet been resolved for you I would like to get this taken care of for you!

My VA3 is having the same issue, HR stops working even while doing the activity. Can you take care this issue for me?

Please update your vivoactive 3 to 8.10 software. If you are still experiencing this issue after your watch is running 8.10 software, please start a new thread.
