Watch not charging or holding a charge

My watch is less than 6 months old and I bought it new.  Yesterday (5/15/20) the battery drained after wearing it all day and today when I charged it the battery drained within 4 hours and my music is no longer on my watch.  I bought the watch so that I could listen to my music while wearing it. I did not want to buy a Samsung watch (not an Apple person) and felt this was the best choice.  I am now disappointed that bought this watch and feel like I have wasted $200 on a watch that does not work.  I will now look into getting a new watch and probably not another Garmin.

If anyone has any ideas on what to do to get it to work, I am open to suggestions.

Sad about my Vivoactive 3 purchase

  • I'm disappointed no one has responded to you. You are under warranty so you should be fine.

    My Vivoactive 3  is 18 months old and in the last 2 weeks the charge has been lasting only 1 day, this makes it not very usable.
