Vivoactive 3 screen is blank

My vivoactive 3 screen in blank and the hard reset does not help. The lights on the back are still working at it vibrates when I try the hard reset but the screen is still blank

  • Can you sync? If so, it seems that your display may have failed.

    If so, tt probably won't work but one thing you can do is go into the device settings in Connect Mobile and play around with the display options. Maybe it will have a shock effect that will wake it up. Another thought is to install a CIQ watch face and see if that triggers something.

    Failing that, I'd definitely call garmin support who are usually excellent here in North America.

    It starts to sync and then stops so can’t get to try and change the watch face.

  • You'll do much better if you call the (866) 429-9296 number if you're in NA.

  • For a faster response, I would recommend calling or chat - email is always lowest priority and may take forever (this is not just a Garmin thing but applies in general)
