Hi,
I think i may have a corrupt .fit file. I ran this morning and the watch said it saved, however, when i went to sync to Garmin Connect, it did not add the activity.
Would someone be able to advise on how i could get this uploaded. I have tried the FFRT but can't seem to get it to work.

recording to your fit file ended abruptly without proper closure of the file
your file could be structurally repaired with help of Fit File Tools's section remover (without removing)
ran your file through Fit File Tools's section remover for you
