Hello support,
I own a new Forerunner® 35 (1-2 months old).
The watch gets stuck few times a day with the following message on the screen: "Caller ID is a... Incoming Call"
Only pressing the power button for 15 seconds and restart the device helps.
BTW, I've tried to chat with your support and all I get is a popup window with the message: "Retrieving Config - Please wait" - really disappointing.
