Vivoactive 3 Music Volume Control

Same problem here, using my Xiaomi MI true wireless earbuds I can listen to the music but cant switch volume down and I listen at full volume.
Any solutions???

I have the same problem, haven't figured out a solution so I'm thinking to return them, please let me know when you found a solution
