Hello
I have been using the vivoactive3 music and I got a rash , it doesn't disappear even IF I use it loosely.
Is bad material of the wrist band? Is the sensor?
Please, see attach picture.
Regards

There are a lot of threads out there on this. Just look up "skin irritation." Also, Garmin will want you to report this via the Garmin Support site.
Thank you! I tried to report it on the support center but the chat did not work and I could not find an email or place to report this :(

I have the same, and it is strange that almost for 2 years I had no problem, but since 2-3 months ago it started. At first, I thought it was because of the HR sensor. I deactivated it and for a week nothing happened and I thought I nailed the problem. But then, there it was, rash again just under the HR sensor, round red mark. I switched the watch from one hand to the other and the same thing happened again. I do not know why it was no problem for such a long time and right now it begin to rash. I wanted to buy the new Vivoactive 4, but now I donțt know what to do, I am afraid this will have the same problem too
Since VA3M has a plastic back it may be because you need to use a toothbrush on the entire back area to include the charging port and the groove around the sensor. Ideally should be cleaned daily. Lots of microscopic smegma can hide in the cracks and start growing with the help of sweat and moisture.
