Skate Skiing workout profile

Hi,

I'm a bit puzzled regarding selectable workouts for Vivoactive 3.

There is no Skate Skiing selection in my Vivoactive clock, but I can modify the workout in Garmin Connect.

How come there's no such profile selection in my clock, but mobile phone app has it?

Likely because it's available for other devices such as a fenix.

So if I want it added. I need to buy a more expensive watch to replace my Vivoactive 3 that isn't very old either. Would have been nice to know there are such restrictions before buying this.

I'm pretty sure it's not because of device restrictions. Artificial software restriction.

I use classic skiing and just ignore the cadence stats.
