The heart rate widget on my vivoactive has stopped working

The heart rate widget on my vivoactive has stopped working. I have turned the watch off then back on. I have also washed the watch with soapy water. Any ideas please?

Have you checked to see if the HRM isn't turned off? Turning Off the Wrist-based Heart Rate Monitor.

Yes I’ve checked and that is showing green

The watch is showing my high rate for today but not my resting rate

Is it the watch or phone that is not showing or both
