Hello,
yesterday I pluged my Vivoactive 4 to the charger and when I got back it was stucked on the garmin logo. I tried to restart the watch but I can't get past the logo. It starts up, logo apears, stays and caisonally blank screen flashes. I cannot connect watch to the pc because it never past the welcome logo. Is there a way to hard reset the device myself so I do not need to send it to service? I have those watches about two months and this happened. It really is not a good advertisement for Garmin brand.
